Janice Richardson US Bureau of Reclamation Janice Richardson is the Water Conservation Coordinator for the Bureau of Reclamation's, Provo Area Office and manages all aspects of Reclamation's water conservation program. She provides assistance in water management planning, administers water conservation grants and has nearly 30 years experience in federal government "eze". She enjoys nurturing and bringing together partnerships and coordinating programs to people.
