Eric Klotz Utah Division of Water Resources Eric Klotz is Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Utah. He obtained a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1983. Eric has been with the Division of Water Resources for 24 years and currently manages the Water Conservation and Education Section. Eric and his staff’s duties include managing various conservation and education programs and monitoring statewide water use and supplies. They are implementing strategies to ensure that the state can continue to meet the water needs of a growing population. 1594 W North Temple #310 |
