Louie Fuell Granger-Hunter Improvement District Louie Fuell is the Director of Administrative Services for Granger-Hunter Improvement District. Louie has been with the District for 16 years. Earlier this year Louie has been given the assignment of securing and actively pursuing grants to help conservation efforts for the Granger-Hunter service area. Louie is a member of the AWWA and currently works on the Administrative Services Committee for the Intermountain Section. Louie holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Hobbies include family activities, basketball and golf. 2888 South 3600 West |
