Courtney Brown Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District Courtney Brown is the Conservation Programs Manager with Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. He is a member of the Utah Water Conservation Forum, American Water Works Association, Utah Nursery and Landscape Association, Irrigation Association, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Water Conservation Committee for the City of West Jordan. Previously he worked for Southern Nevada Water Authority as a Water Waste Investigator in Las Vegas. Courtney also has eight years experience in the landscape industry with projects in southern Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Arizona.
